The #MelaninMagic PopUp Was A LIT-uation! All the Photos Here

The holidays couldn’t come soon enough for beauty fans last Friday night at ZAZAII Toronto. The multibrand store hosted the #MelaninMagicPopUp event with Tomi Gbeleyi MakeUpForMelaninGirls founder and founder of influencer platform and digital story teller Louisa Kinoshi of Beauty Revolution Studios at the basement store for an event created and curated by the Makeup for Melanin Girls team.

The event featured makeup from MFMG’s Holiday range.

The beauty maven behind the #MakeUpForMelaninGirls movement, Tomi Gbeleyi also offered insight into how the Holiday Glitter palette was created and curated. The mission of MakeupForMelaninGirls is to bring diverse beauty to the forefront through highly pigmented beauty products. ‘Why should deeper skin tones be the last two shades in a collection?

The Holiday Glitter Palette is immensely popular with the buying public – especially for it’s no-mess, no-glue required glitter in bold hues that are perfect for – yup, you guessed it – all those holiday parties!

Guests mingled and shopped with each other, testing the new range and enjoyed the interactive elements like live caricatures and a polaroid station while sipping spritzers and mixed cocktails.
